This 1997 Land Rover Defender 90 is a right-hand-drive pickup that was acquired by the current owner in the UK in 2022 and imported to the US in 2023. It has been refinished in lime green over black leather and fitted with a cargo box, a suspension lift, a Goodwinch winch, a tubular front bumper and rock sliders, LED lighting, and aftermarket wheel arch flares. The truck is powered by a 2.5-liter 300Tdi turbodiesel inline-four linked to a five-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking center differential. Additional equipment includes black 16″ five-spoke wheels, replacement bucket seats, carpet interior panels, a backup camera, a TTI CB radio, and a Clarion Bluetooth head unit and speakers. This Defender 90 shows 115k miles and is offered on dealer consignment in California with a clean Montana title in the name of the owner’s LLC, listing it as a 1998 model.

The truck has been repainted lime green and features a matching cargo box with a vented locking door and a locking drawer. Additional equipment includes a tubular front bumper and rock sliders, KBX headlight surrounds, LED headlights and auxiliary lights, a Goodwinch winch, a snorkel, aftermarket wheel arch flares, and a tow ball. Black 16″ five-spoke wheels are mounted with 265/75 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO tires. A suspension lift has been added. The selling dealer recommends replacing the four-wheel disc brakes.

The replacement bucket seats are trimmed in black leather, the upper dash has been wrapped in black leather, and carpet interior panels have been added. Appointments include a locking center console with cupholders as well as a TTI CB radio, Clarion speakers, and a Clarion Bluetooth head unit with a retractable screen linked to a backup camera.

An aftermarket steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. A 6k-rpm tachometer is mounted in the center console. The six-digit odometer shows 115k miles, approximately 750 of which were added under current ownership.

The 2.5-liter 300Tdi turbodiesel inline-four features lime green MK Performance silicone hoses and was rated at 111 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque when new. The oil was changed along with the fuel filter, air filter, and battery in 2024. The seller notes electrical work in 2025.

Power is routed to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking center differential. An undercoating was applied under previous ownership and the exhaust hangers were changed in 2025. Rust is noted on the undercarriage.

The Carfax report shows a single entry in Montana in August 2024.

The vehicle has not been inspected by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair or Air Resources Board, and it cannot be sold to an in-state private party buyer.
